As Lead Producer of Lightning in a Bottle Festival and Do LaB's stage at Coachella, Gina focused on interdepartmental progress, system design, and production oversight. Main responsibilities included project managing the entire festival's cohesive timeline and planning, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, supervising all department managers and executive producers, as well as overseeing the administrative Production, Operations, and Enterprise teams.

Focusing on business development strategy, enterprise management, and company growth, Gina produced all festival revenue streams for each event, including internal for-profit attendee services, experiential add ons, unique partnerships, and brand sponsorship activations. Gina vetted all sales for Do Design structure rentals and produced all opportunities. Wrangling well over 30 departments or projects per event, Gina was a master orchestrator focused on the details of making the company new forms of income beyond ticket sales and ensuring efficient protocols for each step of the business process.

As Production Manager, Gina co-developed two brand new electronic music camping festivals in addition to our long-standing flagship events. For all events, Gina focused on hiring crew and festival department managers, overseeing budgets, and ensuring smooth systems and administrative oversight of the core function of the festival. It was in this role that the importance of enterprises became clear and soon the transition to a new role began.

As the second employee ever hired full time with Do LaB, Gina was initially recruited to support with general office upkeep. She quickly took on more and developed internal systems and administrative processes. She produced close to 300 local concerts throughout CA from advancing to onsite production. As coordinator, she was responsible for facilitating or supporting procurement, production logistics, catering coordination, show advancing, receipt management, credential management, and much more!

Graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. Gina was highly active in her sorority Pi Beta Phi and organizing all social events, activities, and the annual volleyball tournament for charity. Her favorite classes were entrepreneurship, accounting, economics, math, and marketing. It was in college that she discovered the LA music scene and fell in love with the culture and the dancing!
